If there is a software solution that is available and open source i.e. free,they will make that suggestion, if they feel it will work in our school environment, which is always a plus point with school finances. Similarly, though, they will suggest paid for software where that is the best option. The hardware infrastructure they recommend i.e. servers and networking are always with an an eye on reliability and performance. We find they do not believe in "cutting corners" just for the sake of it Their staff are are very personable and the technicians always work hard to find solutions to our issues.I have worked here at our school, looking after our network for over 5 years and we have used ICT Networks for all that period of time .
