How it Works

An account manager will visit your organisation to assess your existing network and provide any relevant advice on system upgrades and management. Following this you will be allocated a named engineer who will be responsible for the maintenance of your network during their scheduled visits. The engineer is completely at your disposal during his or her visit to resolve any network issues.

Breadth and knowledge of experience

Your allocated engineer will have access to a network of other experienced ICT Network's engineers enabling him or her to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
