How the scheme works for schools

Research Machines recognise that being supported by a local technician has some significant advantages. The Affiliated Technicians Support Scheme has been designed to form a partnership with independent technicians to offer the best possible support to our customers.

Being supported ICT Networks  will enable you to benefit from:

• • savings of over £500 on your network support contract*
  • being able to log calls directly with the RM helpdesk
  • the benefits of both an On-site technician and and the RM helpdesk
  • support escalations that finish at developer level ensuring all issues are fully resolved
  • the increased knowledge and skills of your technician
  • A more effective relationship between you and your technician

* Only available to schools supported by technicians that are fully affiliated. A contract must be held for each product requiring support. Only the standard network support contracts are eligible for discounts.
